The civil case involving former GACH Companyemployee Khadija Kebbeh and Chief Executive Officer of the corporate Abubacarr Jawara resumes at present on the High Court in Banjul.
It could possibly be recalled that in 2021, Abubacarr Jawara accused Khadija Kebbeh of stealing D58M from him, cash meant to purchase petroleum merchandise.
However, Khadija denied the allegations, stating that she delivered the cash to the provider, who confirmed the receipt of fee and subsequently delivered D32M price of petroleum. The excellent stability, in response to information, is D26M price of petroleum merchandise with the provider.
The case will resume at 10:30 am earlier than Justice Ebrima Jaiteh.
