Two alleged cellphones thieves Abdoulie Dibba and Paul Mendy have been final Wednesday granted courtroom bail as their case enters full trial.
The duo was arraigned earlier than Magistrate M. Faal at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing a cell phone marked Samsung Galaxy A04 valued at D6, 500.00,being the property of 1 Harry P.S Sambou.
The stated incident allegedly occurred at Westfield within theKanifing Municipality.
They denied the allegations.
Prosecutor Baldeh, who represented the Inspector General of Police within the matter, utilized for an adjournment to allow him to safe his witnesses.
The case was adjourned to twenty eighth November, for listening to and the accused individuals have been granted bail within the sum of D10,000.
