Kanifing General Hospital has achieved a big milestone in healthcare innovation with the introduction of its first-ever surgical good pod, marking a transformative step for medical companies in The Gambia.
This landmark growth was made attainable via the collaborative efforts of Baylor College of Medicine in Texas, Horizon Trust Gambia Ltd, and numerous different companions.
During the inauguration ceremony, Dr. Amadou Samateh, the minister of well being, emphasised the initiative’s potential to revolutionise surgical care within the nation.
