The President General of Ebem Ohafia Development Union, Chief Emeka Mba (popularly generally known as Bam Bam), and his staff, together with the Headmistress of Ujuruezie Primary School, Ebem–Ohafia, in Ohafia Local Government Area, inspected the renovation of a block of 4 school rooms at Ujuruezie Primary School.
The renovation undertaking was facilitated by the lawmaker representing Abia North Senatorial District within the National Assembly, Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
During the inspection, Chief Mba and the varsity’s headmistress lauded the senator for his efforts and expressed satisfaction with the standard of the renovation work, particularly the usual of the roofing sheets used.

Similarly, a youth chief from Ebem Ohafia neighborhood, Mr. Ogele Ikechukwu Egbuta applauded Senator Kalu for the undertaking, stressing that the lawmaker was the primary senator to recollect the neighborhood with any undertaking since 1999.
“Honourable Senator, we want to thank you for all that you have been doing. This is the first time any senator has remembered us, and we appreciate you for initiating this project. Thank you for also awarding it to someone from the grassroots. As you can all see, she is doing a great job.”
